Tuition fees refund policy

1. If a student withdraws within the first term of a course a refund of 20 % may be given at the college’s discretion. Please note that each case will be considered on an individual basis, if a student withdraws during the 2nd and 3rd terms no fees will be refunded.
2. A full refund less administrative costs of £350 will be made if a student fails in their application for a student visa provided such failure is not the result of any wilful misrepresentation or fictitious and or fraudulent act or omission on the part of the applicant. The college requires the student to supply the original letter of refusal

3. If the college is unable to deliver the course for which you have paid an alternative offer will be made or the fee will be refunded in full

4. The college must be informed of any cancellation in writing at least 4 weeks before the course.

5. The college will not make any refund fees where a student has used the college documents to secure or produce extension of leave with the immigration department
