Conditions of AdmissionAll tuition fees must be fully paid before studies are commenced .Students from overseas will be issued with full certificate of enrolment on payment of fees for the academic year. Payments by drafts or money order should be made payable to “Venmorak college of Law and Further Education.”All fees must be paid before a student attends classes .Students may only attend classes listed on their admission card, which must be carried whilst on the college premises.All full time courses are for (a minimum of 16 hours day time tuition per week) in keeping with the UK Home Office requirements. Not meeting the required minimum weekly tuition hours will result in cancellation of enrolment and the Home Office will be notified. Student’s attendance is expected to be 100 %( see college policies on attendance).In cases of absence due to sickness, a doctor’s certificate should be provided and programme leader must be informed as soon as possible.Student should be in class within 5 minutes from the start of their lesson, otherwise they may not be accepted in the class and may be marked absent.It is the responsibility of students to study the regulations and entry conditions of external examinations. Students are responsible for entry and payment of examination fees.Personal property brought onto the college’s premises are brought at owner’s risk. The college accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to such property.The administration must be informed immediately of any change of address.Venmorak college of Law and Further Education reserves the right to make essential modifications or changes to courses. Courses are offered subject to demand. Fees paid are generally not refundable.
Tuition fees refund policy If a student withdraws within the first term of a course a refund of 30 % may be given at the college’s discretion. Please note that each case will be considered on an individual basis. if a student withdraws during the 2nd and 3rd terms fees will not be refunded.A full refund less administrative costs of £250 will be made if a student fails in their application for a student visa provided such failure is not the result of any wilful misrepresentation or fictitious and or fraudulent act or omission on the part of the applicant. The college requires the student to supply the original letter of refusal (AP 200) and their appeal form (APP201)If the college is unable to deliver the course for which you have paid an alternative offer will be made or the fee will be refunded in full .The college must be informed of any cancellation in writing at least 4 weeks before the course.The college will not make any refund fees where a student has used the college documents to secure or produce extension of leave with the immigration department. This is to verify that, I the undersigned have read understood and agreed to the above-mentioned conditions. I understand that if I give false or misleading information it may lead to non admission or withdrawal from a course of study.
